ODBDSLC211 - Sketch (Week 2)

Welcome back to the second week of the ODBDSLC211 - Sketch challenge! You can see my first card that I made for this challenge here. This is my second card:

designed by Elizabeth Whisson, Our Daily Bread Designs, Harvest Blessings, Zinnia, All Occasion Sentiments, Honeycomb background, sunflowers die, elegant ovals dies, Blooming Garden Paper Collection, copics, handmade card, embossing

Just a reminder what the sketch looks like:

Last week I adhered to the sketch pretty well - this week I've used it as a starting base :-)

I've used a Bazzill textured card as my base and then layered with Our Daily Bread Design Blooming Garden Paper Collection which I have stamped "Happy Birthday" from ODBD All Occasion Sentiments and a bee from ODBD Zinnia

I've stamped the ODBD Honeycomb background onto a piece of vellum with Distress Embossing ink and embossed with gold embossing powder. This is layered with another piece of the Bazzill textured card. I've added a piece of gold organza across my card.

I've diecut a dark brown panel from the ODBD Blooming Garden Paper Collection using ODBD Elegant Ovals Dies. I've stamped the sunflowers, from ODBD Harvest Blessings, twice, onto X-Press It blending card and coloured with Copic markers. I've then diecut both sunflower images (ODBD Harvest Blessings) using the ODBD Sunflowers die. I layered one of the coloured sunflower images onto my card and then fussy cut 3 of the sunflowers from my second image and layered them on top of the first image with foam tape.
